Appellant pled guilty to delivery of a controlled substance and was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment. The Court of Appeals affirmed. Astran v. State, 780 S.W.2d 447 (Tex.App. - Dallas 1989). We granted appellants petition for review to determine whether his motion to suppress a controlled substance found during the arrest should have been granted. We affirm.
